By accessing this website or booking a photography session with A. Rudling Visuals, you agree to the following terms.

All images displayed on this website are the property of A. Rudling Visuals and are protected by copyright law. Images may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the session. Sessions are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Digital images are delivered via an online gallery. Gallery upgrades and additional image purchases may be added after the initial gallery delivery.

Travel fees may apply for sessions located outside of Cambridge, New Zealand. Any applicable fees will be discussed prior to the session.

Rescheduling is permitted only in the event of illness (with a valid medical certificate) or unsuitable weather conditions for outdoor sessions. In these cases, one reschedule will be offered. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable.

A. Rudling Visuals retains full creative control over image selection and editing style. No guarantees are made regarding specific poses, expressions, or outcomes.

While all reasonable care is taken, A. Rudling Visuals is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including weather, location restrictions, illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen events.

By booking a session, clients grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
